[Resolved] Flipkart — broken product delivered to me and after that company deny for replacement | |
My recent order nova hair straightner was broken when delivered to me, after that i had requested for replacement but the courier boy was denied for replacement and told me that contact to the company nova. Then i had contacted you and i had again promised for replacement in 48 hours, but i didn't got my product instead i had received one call again promise for replacement in 48 hours, but after that i have got message of cancellation of my order. I like to know that what are these notorious things are going on and now what is the fate if my money that i had paid you for broken product delivered also what about my time. My m.
