[Resolved] Flipkart — broken screen led received | |||
Order id: od[protected] I have received a fully damage/ broken screen led of panasonic 43 inch. History as below. 1) ordered on bbd 2) order not delivered on time 3) fake status update with "unsuccessful delivery attempt". 4) delivery person not picked up the call 5) got delivery 6) installation process delayed 7) installation person come and open the box 8) seen fully damaged product and repack in box 9) claimed return 10) technician visit assigned 11) technician come and seen the product. Verbal comments: "if you have purchased form any dealer we will immediately replace but as its from flipkart, you need to follow up with flipkart only" 12) talked to flipkart customer care and submit all details 13) answer received: "we are waiting for technicians feedback. Verified Support Oct 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the damaged product received. We had interacted with the customer and processed the replacement and same is delivered on "07/Oct/2017". Hence closing the complaint from our end.
