[Resolved] Flipkart — Canceled my lumia 640 for the 3rd time | |
Respected Sir / Madam I had booked Microsoft Lumia 640 Cyan vide Order no OD[protected] on 09th September 2015 But after 11 days my order was canceled by you on 19th September stating that item was not in the stock and I was told to book a fresh order for the same. On 19th September I booked it again vide order no OD[protected] and on 28th sept my second order was also cancelled stating that item is not in the stock. I am regularly in touch with you over e-mail and phone but in-spite of my many humble requests my both orders were cancelled by you. where as your representatives continuously assured me till morning of 28th that my order will be delivered on time i.e. 1st oct. but again all was gone in vain. now this time i am again booking my order vide order no OD[protected] dated 29th sept. 2015 on your guidance and request, so kindly take care of my order so that it can reach me on time and please please please don't repeat the past experience. You can see that I had already waited for a very very long time for my commodity, so now I humbly request you to kindly issue necessary instructions to the seller so that I can get my product on time Thanks & Regards Rakesh Singh Yadav [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
