[Resolved]  Flipkart — Cancellation is still pending, I am not getting the refund but airlines had refunded flipkart

The following I have send to flipkart travel help:
I had booked two tickets named Mr. Sumit Kumar Paul and Ms. Pritha Naskar (Booking Id:
FF[protected] and PNR: N8YG7J) of go air through flipkart but airlines had cancelled that due to operational reasons. It's already more than 10 days, I called airlines, they had refunded to flipkart on the same day of cancellation but there is no progress on flipkart and on my flipkart application it's still showing cancellation is pending. I have called flipkart customer care several times regarding this issue, they are saying I will get full refund but it would take maximum 15 days to reflect on my account. I want to ask if the maximum time is 15 days it should started the processing atleast within 10 days. As I am going through a very tough time and hardly managing my expenses for leaving that's why I want my money back at the earliest.
I am requesting you to look into my matter. It may be not important to flipkart but it's very crucial for me. If flipkart return my money within two days I will be highly obliged. I am attaching the documents below for your reference.

But no issues has been resolved. After repeatedly calling customer service, they are giving me deadlines but not resolving my issue saying that some technical issues is there. If there any technical issues, It's absolutely your problem but I need my money urgently because I am going through a very tough situation in this pandemic.

The following mail is send by go air regarding refund:
Dear Smart Flyer,

This is with regards to your reservation with GoAir of PNR N8YG7J. The applicable refund of INR 8958 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:

If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly
In case of cash transactions, kindly send your NEFT details to [protected]@flygofirst.com

After trying rigorously they have refunded back. I have called customer care executives repeatedly and talked with senior managers. Initially they were giving me some excuses which have no authenticity at all. They were repeatedly saying that its a technical problem will be fixed soon. But I asked for further explanation which they unable to provide and as well as unable to deny my logic also. So eventually they refunded.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
