[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation of MI 3 mobile on the basis of mischief by courrier boy. | |||
I booked a MI 3 mobile phone on 08.10.2014 as a surprise to my relative. The courier boy came on 14.10.2014, I was away for fifteen minutes and my mobile was switched off so I was not contacted. Within 15 minutes I contacted the courier boy he said that now I will not come. The courier boy was interested in the mobile and he told the recipient Mamta Kumari to sign the receipt of product and he will take. Afterwards I made 4 times request in customer care every time it was told that three attempts will be made and the same will be done within 24 hours. Even after lapse of 9 days I have not received the product and we have now been informed that we have cancelled the order. We have also booked the screen Guard and cover of the mobile and the same is delivered on same address. But the mobile has not reached. It is really shocking. My booking order was OD[protected] dated 08.10.2014 11:01 AM Booked In the name of : MAMTA KUMARI Booked from ID : [protected]@gmail.com I request you to kindly deliver the mobile MI3 as we have already received screen guard and cover of the mobile.
