[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation of Moto G Orders without intimation | |||
I ordered 3 MotoG on flipkart site on 06-Feb-14. Flipkart accepted and acknowledged all orders. Then in the evening they called me up to tell "As per our company policy we can accept only 2 pcs per user, so we have to cancel the third one". This statement was a framed one as it is no where mentioned in their terms & conditions. After my continuous insist on 3 orders, flipkart team agreed for 3 orders. At 7:30 pm, I have shockingly received cancellation of 2 orders (OD[protected] & OD[protected]) out of 3 and then at 8 pm, they did the rest by cancelling 3rd order (OD[protected]) too by saying our logistic partner is not able to deliver, address is of city of Surat (Bigger city) and the place was on PIN Code 395007 where previously flipkart has delivered several couriers. Actually 16 GB phones were out of stock and Flipkart was not able to deliver the same. This is really irritating way of doing business by flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||

The lady listened the things patiently and console me for the incident but still no words on the resolution of the issue.
It seemed that, just because the complaint has come to them and to close it off they have called me up as I could not sense any intention to resolve the things. They keep on reiterating it is irreversible process which I can't believe.
I have requested her to allow me to talk to their senior officials if she is not in a position to resolve it.
She ensured me that "I will receive a call back from their seniors within 24 hours." Now I am waiting for the call.
Suffered a lot this time. I feel after making a very good phone, Motorola made a big mistake by making it Exclusive to Flipkart.
Still hopeful to have some kind of resolution from Flipkart on this.
Will keep on updating the thread, so readers can know the complete case.
