[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation of order without any cause | |
Dear sir,
i, karthik, ordered for two Lenovo k3 note smart phones through "flipkart". the payment was made through debit card on[protected] at noon. they debited rupees 9999 for each one mobile. and receipt was displayed. later they send a message in the late night on the same date saying that the order was cancelled and the remitted amount will be refunded on 2nd of September and if not paid we may contact their office for further details. this means they are not sure about the refund date. in that message they said that the cause for inconvenience is given in mail and i can verify. but there was nothing in the mail.
when we contacted the customer care of the same company they are telling cock and bull stories. each and every time when we called they are giving different causes for inconvenience. some time they say that the order was cancelled due to the problem arisen with sailor. and second time they said that the order was cancelled because the goods were damaged. this clearly says that they are not interested in service.
how can the two pieces those ordered by me only are damaged? are they selling only two pieces to the whole subscribers? and they collected money immediately but they said that refund will take 8 days. is it fair? how many people are facing the same problem with this company? think that the same thing happened with some 1000 people and you can easily calculate the resulting amount that is rupees 9999000. this is a huge amount collected by them for a week for the sake of free enjoyment without any interest. so think once again that how much they manipulating the public.
if they say that it is happened to me only then they have to send the ordered mobiles to me immediately. otherwise we can say that it is intentional and the rating for the company should be made "0".
