[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation of order without consent / refund | |||||
I ordered Lenovo P1m for Rs 7999. Order no. - OD[protected] On 18th Nov 2015 and the delivery was expected on 23rd Nov 2015. On the day of delivery they cancelled my order without my consent. And when i reported the problem they asked me 1 week to refund my money. Flipkart customer care is really responding well, but day by day im losing the trust in them I want to contact it's retailer (WS retail, Bangalore) but i searched for their contact id and phone no. All over the internet, but i didn't get any results. I'm now doubtful of the retailer and Flipkart. I'm totally disappointed with the service as it was my first purchase from flipkart. I want money to get refunded asap. I also want to sue the retailer for cancelling my order without my consent. And if Flipkart would refund my money soon, I'm ready to buy the same from you again. Dec 6, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved My issue is solved by Flipkart. My advice to the buyers is please read thier terms and conditions before you buy something from online sites.
And i got a fake call tracking my complaint in this page. They would ask your card no. And password. Do not trust them. | |||||
