[Resolved] Flipkart — cancellation of order without giving any intimation | |||||
I placed an order for iphone se on[protected]Order no. Od[protected] for rs. 16, 249 which i paid through my hdfc debit card. Expected delivery for same was[protected]. Order had reached to flipkart's ranip hub on[protected] according as per tracking details. On 23rd october, i got a message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled due to multiple attempts delivered which was a total lie. When i called customer care to enquire same, customer care executive couldn't give clear reason of cancellation of order. After an hour of argument with executive, he transferred call to their head mr vijay saini & raj virde. He gave me assurance to revert back within 48 hours. When i called up again after 48 hours, they said that the dealer has cancelled so flipkart can't help me or take any responsibility of same. Now they are requesting me to buy same phone for amount of rs. 8000 more than i paid initially. Please help & take necessary action against such fake companies like flipkart who cheat their customers regularly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
