[Resolved] Flipkart — cancellation of product without intimation | |||||
My order id - od[protected] [incident: in[protected]] During the sale big billion days i place an order for mobile asus zenfone 5z (64 gb) on 11th oct. At 12:34 am, as it was under a huge discount of 5000 and additional 10% discount using hdfc card. Rs 22898 was deducted for my phone and complete mobile protection plan. All was going fine till oct 13th. My order was confirmed, product shipped from bangalore to delhi, and finally reached at the ekart logistics model town hub on 13th oct at 7:34am. On oct 15th in evening, i received an sms informing me that my order has been cancelled and the refund will be initiated. I called in flipkart to know the reason behind cancellation without any intimation. There they said that my was cancelled by the seller due to bulk orders, i replied that i have only made a single order for asus zenfone 5z and paid for a single phone then how it is a bulk order. I asked for the order ids for the bulk order, which will prove that i have made bulk orders, but they didn’t help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
