[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancellation without consent | |||
I ordered an Xperia X (rose gold) from flipkart on Dec 21. Order no: OD[protected] I redeemed 3 offers while purchasing. 1. Flat 2000 off 2. 1500 off with sbi debit card 3. Exchange offer with my Xperia Z3 I paid the balance amount of 20860 using my debit card. On Dec 22 I received a message from flipkart that. "Due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order" But I hadnt ordered any bulk amount. I ordered only 1 piece of the product. I hadn't requested for cancellation. I talked to the customer care executive and told them not to cancel and send me the product. She told she was helpless and the money would be refunded. It will take 5 days for the redund. Now I've no money in hand and I also dont have the product. I cant buy the phone during this festive season now. Also I cant make use of the so called offers. This is not the first time flipkart cancelled my order. If flipkart people won't send me the product, I'm planning to approach consumer court for compensation for my effort and mental tension I underwent because of flipkart. Also I can't login to my account to track my order and refund, they blocked that too. Was this information helpful? | |||
