[Resolved]  Flipkart — cancelled refund request

I have purchased a Redmi Mobile Phone 3gb 32gb Ruby Red on 10th August under Independence Day sale.

My order ID is OD[protected]
I got the product on 14th August. There was fault in the product so I have made the return request.

A technician came and checked the mobile on 22nd August and agreed on my point that there is problem in phone's speaker. He told me that he will forward my message ahead. But flipkart has cancelled my return request on its own.
Again I have made the return request. The technician came again. Again agreed on the point that there is a problem in phone's speaker and the voice is very low. Again my return get cancelled by flipkart.

I mailed flipkart and described the whole issue. And even mentioned in my mail that technician has said I can only checked the mobile and complain about it to flipkart. After that flipkart will have to take decision whether they would like to return it or not.

But fortunately next day I got a call from Escalation team of flipkart. The gentle lady listened to me and immediately processed the return request.
I got the replacement product after a week which was too late.

After using the replacement product for few hours I realized that this one is also another defective product and there is a serious problem in the phone's speaker. I checked it twice. Thrice. Many times. The voice is very very low. I can't able to talk on phone due to it's low and lack of clarity in voice.
I immediately made the return request. Got a message regarding return that technical support will contact you on 1:30 p.m. on 30th August.

30th August, Till 4 p.m. I didn't got any phone call from any technical support team. So I have made a call request and got a call from flipkart. The lady representative told me follow the troubleshooting steps, which I have followed many times in past but it didn't work for a speaker problem which is a hardware issue. After that she told me that a technician will visit to me on or before 2nd September and will check my phone whether its in good condition or not (screen, charger, dent etc). Then he will pick up my phone on 2nd of September and after that the refund will be made by 6th September. I have the call record of 20 minutes 59 seconds as a proof.

But nothing has happened! The technician doesn't came today till 6p.m.! And I got a message from flipkart that your return request has been cancelled by the seller, which is very surprised and unbelievable!

I don't understand that how can a seller cancelled the return on its own? How did a biggest company like flipkart has given so much freedom to the seller to sell defective products again and again and not even returning it? How flipkart can tolerate the seller's behavior on return if the seller is selling on flipkart's platform? Who is the boss flipkart or the so called seller? For your kind information the so called seller Supercomnet has only 3.5 rating out of 5 in product quality section ! And still the seller cancels the return on its own and the poor flipkart can't do anything in such cases! Strange!

And for your kind information I have again made the return request. And again got the message regarding technician visit which is on 7th September. And the return period will be over by 8th September. This is a big game!

After all these above things happened there is no need to mention again that how customers are getting cheated by flipkart and their so called sellers.
