Flipkart — cannot play the flipkart game guess what, seeing some error

Updated by Divya Gurram I have received call from Flipkart Customer care. I have been told that cause for the issue I am facing is, the game has been played from the same device using different accounts(the accounts belong to my family members as they wanted to try the game).

This reason cannot be acceptable because they never mentioned it in the rules. I dont understand how they can accept orders in the similar situation but the game cannot be played from different accounts. Also, if I had know that this might lead to the current situation, I would have avoided it.

The Flipkart executive who call me, at first he mentioned that there might be a possibility to unblock in future, but he cannot say when. Later he said it cannot be unblocked. When I have asked for a clarification, he said it can be done, but there are no chances of knowing. Because that's something done by system. When I have asked if it might take a year or two? He said, "Yeah, you can be unblocked in a year or two or three" and I dont think they provided a solution for the problem. They made a few predictions about the possibilities in future and informed me.
