Hi sir / mam sir maise flipkart ki taraf se watch purchase kiya tha jo ki maine payment karne ke baad cancel kar diya flipkart ne uska refund amout (₹200) 30/01/2020 ko kar diya jo 11/01/2020 tak account main credit hona tha but kuch network ki problem ke karan account main nahi aa paya maine flipkart walo se baat ki to unhone charge dispute form fill karna ko kaha maine bank ke customer care and pnb branch me concect kiya to unhone mana kar diya flipkart walo ne mujhe refund reference number : 5802998752886159504069 diya ha Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 30 Jan 20 and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number 30005100290029170820201 using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

I have ordered 2 ME-ON eyeliner online thru Flipkart by paying 340 rs (300 rs product price + 40 rs shipping charge) however when I received product which is MRP 129 rs each together it costs 258 rs but it charged more than MRP I e 300.
