i have ordered mahavir induction cookware set. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and contact no is [protected]. i have complained over 2 times to your customer executive. they said, we fulfill your request within 24 hours but still i cant get my product. in my delivery, i didnt get 2 handle of pan and one Top for closing pan. How can u forget your responsibility of customer satisfaction.Plz ASAP solve my problem, otherwisw i will going to take help at consumer office for your complain.and 'MEAN' my words. Verified Support May 20, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that he order for (Mahavir 7pc Induction & Lpg Compatible 7 - Piece Cookware Set ) and the item delivered did not have handles and top pan cover in it. So apologized for the inconvenience and when checked found that we had already approved replacement. So informed customer about the time line for delivery and closing the case as the issue stands resolved.
