[Resolved] Flipkart — can't login to flipkart account

When i login to my account on flipkart, it shows an error "Login unsuccessful, please try in a minute" (On PC). I tried changing my password with the registered email id and that was also showing error message that "Unable to change password. Please retry". I've been using this account for the past 8 years and now suddenly this happens! Resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why I can't access my account in flipkart.

Updated by Midhun Pattath Flipkart customer care called me one day before and assured that the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. It's been two days and nothing happened. Still the login problem persists. At least they are not disclosing the reason why I'm banned to login and to change my password. But I'm still getting numerous spam and promotional
mails from Flipkart to the same registered mail id. This is quite an embarrassing situation that I'm gonna decide not to use Flipkart anymore.

Updated by Midhun Pattath And Flipkart has to stop sending me any promotional mails, if I'm not able to login to my Flipkart account using the same email id. Such a poor service to their long term customers.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the issue with regards to the login as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and informed customer to login using mobile number and informed the same to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
