[Resolved]  Flipkart — Carrier air conditioner

Hi all,

I purchased a carrier air conditioner and it got delivered to me on 31st march and their authorized engineer from jevees installed the same on 1st april. Now almost after 40 days i found that ac is not working so i contacted jevees for the same their engineer visit and said that flipkart has delivered the defective product to me due to that the gas got leaked they will ask flipkart to replace so no service done. Jeeves has raised a ticket with flipkart also.

Now when i did not got any call from flipkart, i called them today to get the status update their customer associate satyendra and gunjan said that they cant help me because they have the 10 days replacement policy.

Now my query that how come i will know that the product they delivered is a faulty because i am not an ac engineer. And if this is the faulty why their engineer didnot said the same on day 1 during installation.

I need your assistance on the same so that they should stop cheating the customer.

Please help me on the same.

Customer complained for quality issue post return policy and we informed the customer that return can't be processed because it is out of policy. So such requesting customer contact brand and closing the case from our end.

Dear Flipkart Team,

Can you tell me the reason why your authorized engineer from jevees not said that the product delivered by flipkar is a defective product of the day 1 of installation and why he said the same after 40 days.

Also let me know that you you want me to learn the engineering of any of the product which i am going to buy from you. So that i can verify immediately and return the same after purchasing it if it is defective.

If that is the scenario then i will request everyone dont buy a single product from flipkart.

Now the latest update that even carrier customer care has denied providing the service because this was not installed by them. Jeeves is the authorize agent of flipkart so they did some mistake so they cannot provide the service now.

Now i am really in the situation where i am just open to go the consumer court and file the case against, Flipkart, Jeeves and Carrier.

They put me in such condition where consumer court is the only option remaining for me.
