Flipkart — Cash back not received as per the offer | |||
Dear sir, i have purchased vivo v20 (midnight jazz 128gb) on 26th nov 2020 for rs.24990/- as there was one offer on sbi credit card option 1 ( for emi coversion & get some discount or cashback) option 2 ( one time payment on sbi credit cardand get 7% cash back) basis this offer i had purchsed this mobile, when i recieved my sbi credit card statement i dint find any cashback and accordingly raised complaint. Today i recieved call from one member of flipkart named ms.Gouraji hanumant naik, stating that there was no offer as such, and want proof of that, basis this offer only i had brought this mobile and now these people wants the proof, this is completely fraud and cheating customer, after buying now they are coming with the explanation that there was no offer, do they think we are fool.
