Hello, I have ordered the cellphone (Redmi note 5 pro) during the great indian sale (Flipkart) where there was an offer of 1500₹ cashback on the city bank credit card. I have contacted several times to the cashback even after the 90 day period. I have a mail confirmation of cashback to be credited im november, till now it hadn't credited to my account.
