[Resolved]  Flipkart — cashback not got

I ordered honor 9 lite from flipkart on 21st january 2018 and i had made payment through citi bank credit card as there is a offer of 10 percent discount on citi bank debit or credit card...and the maximum cashback time was april 8th 2018.. But still i didnt receive my cashback... Didnt get any help from customer service... I feel cheated now... Never expected this from flipkart... I want my cashback as soon as possible... Below is the screenshot of my product...

There was a republic day offer between 21st to 23rd january. 2018 on flipkart... The offer was 10 percent cashback on citibank cards... It was a republic day offer... I purchased the phone during the offer period as it says 10 percent cashback on citibank cards... So i opt for it and used my citi bank credit card during the payment process... The maximum cashback time was April 8 2018... Still now i havnt got the cashback... The flipkart customer service is pathetic... Everyday they calling me and telling that they are forwarding my complain... Everytime they telling me the same thing... But still now no solution from there end... They are not taking any serious steps to solve my problem... I also given my card number to them and they told me that the card number matches will the bill number... Everything is matching...But still no solution from there end... I am really frustrated now...

customer has raised the issue with regards to the 10 % citi bank cash back as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the relevant team and customer has placed the order after the offer period hence customer is not eligible form the offer informed the same to customer hence closing the complaint from our end

No one has contacted with me... U cheaters... I have placed the order on 21st january... The offer was valid till 23 rd january... The republic day offer started at 12 a.m on 21st january... And i have placed the order at 12 p.m on 21st january... The offer was valid till 23 rd january... May i know how i have placed the order after the offer period? U bloody cheaters... Dnt play with the customers u ###... Check the screenshot u ###... Flipkart u messed with a wrong person...
