[Resolved] Flipkart — cashback not received | |
I orderd a item, which was an offer that if you buy any item from 1st may to 3rd may 11:59pm on flipkart, you will get 10% instant discount paying by axis bank debit or credit card and order must be above 2999. And i purchsed around 3100 something but i didnot recived any csshback till today. I have screenshot of those cashbak offers. Plz help me.. Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 08, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the offer did not get applied. We have interacted with the customer and shared the screen shot of the offer details mentioned on the website, so that we can further check and assist. Hence, closing the complaint until the customer shares the same.
