[Resolved] Flipkart — Cashback not received for order number OD[protected]

Hi the phone was ordered by my friend manjunath. Nagesh in which it was mentioned that the we would get cash back of rs 1700 which is not yet recieved through citi bank. Please let me know when we recive it. It was orderd on sept or dec but still not yet recived. Its been verifed through citi bank that cash back is not yet credited. Do let me know what is the next procedure to get the csh back amount for th order been placed

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer apologized for the issue informed the customer that the cash back of Rs. 1650 has been processed and completed from our end and for any issue, they have to get in touch with back hence closing case.
