[Resolved] Flipkart — cashback not received for the republic day 2018 sale on flipkart | |||||
I have purchased a TV from Flipkart.com on 21st January 2018 with Order No OD[protected] It was purchased during Republic Day 2018 Sale period. There was a cashback offer on citibank card for the order amount more than 5000 INR. My order was eligible for cashback and now flipkart is refusing to provide the cashback amounting to 2000 INR. Flipkart.com is refusing to provide the cashback with an excuse that it does not meet the terms and conditions of cashback. On such response I asked Flipkart.com to provide the terms and conditions that were put up on the website during the sale period. Flipkart.com again failed at providing such an evidence. On the other hand I have directed the customer care escalation team to the terms and conditions of the sale period put up live on citibank website at https://www.online.citibank.co.in/portal/Standalone/Jan18/flipkart.htm. As per which my order is clearly eligible for cashback. Flipkart.com is providing all the random reasons for not providing the cashback.
