[Resolved] Flipkart — Charged for same day delivery but delivery was not completed on scheduled time. | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order OD[protected]. (Moto G Turbo Edition). I have also paid for the priority delivery Rs 140. scheduled delivery was 14/02/2016. But flipkart has delivered me the order on 15/02/2016. when I contacted to them for the same. They came back and said that they attempted the delivery but could not able to deliver as my phone was not reachable (which was not as i was waiting for the order the whole day). Plus they have also not delivered the freebie ( airtel sim). And they said that they will not compensate for this. They didn't tried to deliver the product as it was a sunday.
