I have purchased a lenova vibe K 5 Plus 3GB A VW 48917 on 5.10.2016 with in three months the camera got problem they take one week to replace it again the cable is problem the battery is not charged to my phone 3 to 4 hours charging only 12 % charged it will be completed with in a minute it is very problem my product is with in guarantee period I very much interested to purchase goods through your firm but problems are occur several times it very difficult to consumer. i am working in site it is very difficult every time to attend the service center. Now at present my mobile is not charging they told that you may purchased cable out side cable No BSSA18CO 8978AKXT 69 BOOFS please exchange my phone which is giving so many times which is in guarantee period early action is requested my mail address is svchalapathi.[protected]@gmail.com
