Flipkart — Cheated by not delivering the product and no refund

On 24th September morning it was delivered to me. 24th evening, the delivery body called me and said that flipkart has cancelled that order and has initiated refund and I need to return the handset. I returned the handset. I have got the refund also. Again the delivery boy called me up and said he had some confusion with the IMEI number of the handset, so he would deliver the handset to me again once I make the payment again. To make the payment again, flipkart sent me an URL of CCAVENUE (http://www.ccavenue.com/mer_register/sendInvoice/sendInvoiceRedirect_ccav.jsp?i...⇄ through which I made the payment on 2nd October. Since then I kept calling flipkart customer care. Some people said, they have received the payment, but they don't have permissions to update the status as paid and the backend team should do so. Now suddenly, backend team responded and says they have not received the payment and I should provide a proof from HDFC bank that the payment has gone to CCAVENUE. I took the transaction details of my HDFC account, which clearly mentions that Rs. 5999 has been transferred to CCAVENUE and sent it to flipkart. Now, the flipkart is saying CCAVENUE has not paid them the money and I need to get in touch with CCAVENUE to track where the money went. Attached is the screenshot of the transaction which is a proof for the payment I made through CCAVENUE. Also I have attached HDFC transaction details.
