Hello,

Please dont buy the flipkart sponsored product.

Last june 2017 i bought the sansui horizon mobile and that mobile is useless.
Within 2 month the mobile is useless,
Display blurr, incoming speaker is not working, mobile heating, low battery back up.

I contacted to flipkart guys
This is my complaint no incident: in[protected].

They are behaving like dumb and irresponsible and every time they are asking issue, but there is no proper solution.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained received defective product, Created return tried to contact the customer multiple time no answer our courier partners confirmed door locked at the location, hence failed the attempt, closing the issue.

Updated by Thirumurugan Rajagopal Almost I called to flipkart customer care no 30 to 40 times. Flipkart don't have the proper data base, every time I need explain my problem again and again. They are simply creating one replacement ticket and they cancelled it themselves. everyday I am spending one hour to solve this issue.

I bought the 10 or more products in Flipkart and This is my worst experience in this past purchase.

Every executive give solution based them own experience and Flipkart people going to pay for it soon.
