[Resolved] Flipkart — Cheating on offers | |||
Flipkart gave discounts on big billion day. Once i ordered canon 1200d for 18240 inr, the order was shipped to the nearest hub and it was shown that it is out for delivery. For 3 days they gave excuse that my phone is not reachable. On contacting customer care after 3 days, they asked to wait for checking and auto cancelled order. After numerous calls, it wasnt resolved. This is just a way to give and show big discounts, when they cant fulfil the order Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 20, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue is addressed we arranged delivery of product on price which customer ordered.
