Verified Support Dec 20, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response complaint : received empty box instead of product solution : Interacted with the customer conveyed the apology for the inconvenience caused, communicated to the customer our investigation team updated stating unusually high number of returns in purchase history account blocked unable to activate the account and not entertaining any request clsoing Verified Support Dec 21, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that your request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
