Flipkart service is a cheater they are demoralising me and many people by doing such activities which are irrelevant to their services.

Updated by [email protected] Cheating on the part of e commerce i am not able to open my account i'm regularly contacting from last 15 days to flipkart but they didn't solve my case and given time again and again. It's been 2 weeks but no resolution. I'm too tired sending emails and calls in 2 weeks but they don't want to hear anything and ask for more time. How much time they need i don't know... Is 2 weeks are not enough to solve a issue like that. So it's my humble request solve my issue and given a positive response. Otherwise i'll take some legal action in future.

solution : Interacted with the customer conveyed the apology for the inconvenience caused, communicated to the customer our investigation team updated stating unusually high number of returns in purchase history account blocked unable to activate the account and not entertaining any request
