[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating the customers in the name of refurbished phones | |||
I myself ordered and received samsung mobile handset from flipkart 2gud refurbished catogory on 12/09/2019 by prepaid payment method... The phone i received was found faulty since the home button and back key was not working... I made a return request but it was cancelled after 4-5days... This is really bad and worst experience since every customer who buys expect good service and valuable... Please make me ease in this process and solve the same as early as possible...
