Flipkart — cheating to the customer | |||||
I have ordered sleepx memory foam matress from flipkart on 3rd of october during big billion sale, which was supposed to be deliver by 18th of october but today (10 nov) i received a call from ccr and ahe says that they cant deliver my product and i have to reorder the product but now product cost is more than double (I ordered for 9455 and now it retailes at 19600), back then i had the option of amazon since product was available for same price but now after price rise they says i have to recorder the product. This is not acceptable i have paid the full money. I want the product or the difference amount gift card before reorder so that i can reedem it while placing order.
