[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating with exchange offer | |||
Dear sir, Please refer my earlier corruspondence & talk with customer care. I have purchase new mi mobile only against exchange offer of old samsang working conditioned mobile (Price fixed rs.2500 for old). But your unknowledgable delivery man has reject our deal. He has obtain cash rs.2400 from my mother (She only was present at home that time) and not collect old mobile saying that it is not working condition (Lier). Sir, it is a matter of cheating and you can't escape from assuarance. You are bound to satisfy us. I further request you to review the matter & arrange to fatch old mobile through expert knowledgable person and refund rs.2400 otherwise i would like to rush twards consumer forrum for justification. I ordered product from flipkart and on website showing product is delivered but not received any product from flipkart . What to do nver pay money online try option cash on delivery.
