Flipkart — Cheating without processing my refund and making false and defamatory accusations

My name is wasim ahammed. Am from chikmaglur (pin:577102), karnataka. I had purchased a cargo shorts and a running shoes from flipkart. The cargo shorts (Tracking ID [protected]) was delivered on 17th february and i requested for the return of the product on the same day. According to flipkart the return item will be collected from the customer in 5 days. According to that the last date for collecting my item was 22nd. They didnt collect it. On 19th i got running shoes delivered (Tracking ID [protected]). I requested for the return of that too on the same day of delivery. When the cargo shorts which had to be collected atleast on 22nd wasnt collected i kept complaining to flipkart about it and they made sure it will be defenitely collected on 23rd by bluedart (courier partners of flipkart in chikmaglur) representative. That was assured to me by a phone call from flipkart upon my complaint. So i asked the same guy that i had totally 2 products for return and whether i shall return both the items or just the first one. He said me i can return both. The last date for the collection of my first item was on 22nd and the second item was on 24th. But on 23rd it was not collected. I was promised again that the item will be collected on 24th between 5pm-7pm. Nobody came. I again complained to flipkart and upon my contineous complaints, a representative from bluedart called me and came at night at around 9.30 and collected both the items from me. And soon after that i messaged to flipkart through facebook and informed them that the pickup had been done. On february 25th flipkart messaged me that my refund had been initiated and it will reflect in my bank account in 5 business days. On 25th i had also spoke with flipkart representative on phone to whom also i said about the pickup. At night i received a message from flipkart saying that the pickup of my products was cancelled and i asked about it to flipkart and from then on until today (8th march) the only thing they have been doing is just promising me of solving the problem. After lots of highly tempered conversations with them they said me they had contacted with bluedart and bluedart has replied to them that the item is not collected from me which is not true. When i speak with bluedart representatives they never deny me the product is with them. They instead said me one item is send to flipkart (on around 30th february) whose refund is still not processed and the other item is with them but they didnt receive any message from flipkart asking them to collect that item from me. Flipkart on the other hand is asking from me an acknowledgement slip which will be given to me upon collecting the return item from me. But never had flipkart asked me to collect an acknowledgement slip upon the return of the product. Even before this issue i had returned another product to flipkart. That time too no acknowledgement slip was given to me when the return item was collected. I have only handed over my return item to bluedart upon the confimation from flipkart. Now flipkart tells me that bluedart has confirmed to them that the item isnt collected from me. But bluedart representatives tells me that they have send one item to flipkart and the other item is remaining with them but they have not received any return request from flipkart.
Why did flipkart representative tell me to hand over both goods to bluedart?
Why is now bluedart telling me they havent received any mail from flipkart asking them to collect one of the items which is the running shoes?
If bluedart didnt receive any mail from flipkart even after i requested flipkart for the return of the item on 19th february then flipkart didnt process my return request. But still they asked me to hand over both goods to bluedart when i asked them.
And on 25th february they had messaged me that my refund had been initiated and will reflect in my bank account in 5 business days.

1.Flipkart didnt collect my item in 5 days from the requested date.
2.Flipkart messaged me they had initiated my refund on 25th february and will reflect in my account in 5 days which still hasnt happened.
3. Flipkart representative asked me to rerurn both goods to bluedart representative but they havent still forwarded the return confirmation to bluedart even till today.
4. Bluedart confirmed to me that one item had been send already (approximately on 30th february) to flipkart and even its refund isnt still processed.
5. Flipkart hasnt solved my issue even after 100's of complains. They are asking me to collect the item back from bluedart and request for a return again which i dont have to. I handed over my items to bluedart only after confirmation from flipkart.
6. I communicated with Mr.shasi (in charge of bluedart in few districts including chikmaglur) and Mr.Raju (Head of bluedart chikmaglur) and both havent denied to me that they have the item with them. But flipkart tells me bluedart informed them the item hasnt been still collected by them. If not these two guys then i dont know with whom flipkart has communicated with. I asked flipkart to send their representative to chikmaglur and i was willing to recollect the item from bluedart but only infront of the flipkart representative which flipkart have not been willing to do.
7. Flipkart keeps repeating to me that bluedart hasnt collected the item from me which is questioning my honesty in the issue and when i have been asking to send a representative from their side to show the truth they are not willing. So flipkart has insulted me in the whole issue casting me as a liar.
Upon all these happenings and indirectly accusing me as a liar i request to take severe actions against flipkart and help me get my refund processed and a also a compensation of atleast 5 lakhs for the troubles and anger they have caused me for many days and also for accusations on me as a liar.
