[Resolved] Flipkart — cloudwalker tv 43 inch (defective piece screen broken ) | |||||
As i am an regular customer of flipkart. Recentlt i ordered cloudwalker tv from flipkart first my order was delayed after that when tv delivered the outside box having hole and screen was broken at time of transit. Technician who visited also told that its happen screen is broken in transit and packaging isn't as pr mark. And aftertheir visit next day flipkart rejects my return request. As they are very dissappointing there are also lot of complaints earlier of damaged led tv in thisbarea technician told due to simple packaging. Now they are not returning it i am having video showing when tv first unboxed it was its screen was defective. If they won't reslove my issue then i have to take some legal actions.
