Flipkart.com — charged twice for the single delivery | |||
i gave online order for a phone with tracking ID:-WSRC[protected] with a delivery date of 11 jan, 2014. At the time of delivery i wanted to pay the amount by my debit card, delivery boy swapped my card with an amount of 5095 and told to me that card is not working then i paid by cash amount of 5095. After some time i got a msg on my phone that my debit card is swapped by an amount of 5095. since the day i m continously calling to the delivery boy and his senior but they are not giving any response, even delivery boy and his senior is not picking my phone.I called to customer care they are saying that it will take 10 days, I dont know why r they saying like this, they got amount two times they are saying for 10 days, even they r not saying about refund money they are saying just we are checking and it will take 10 days. I also sent a mail to Flipkart heads but no response yet.
