I have purchased a mobile from Flipcart on January 2015.My phone is not working properly and its hanged and switched automatically many times . I have complained regarding this to flipkart customer care many times within a month as per his return policy, I have received massage for return of my mobile that is still save in my mobile but Flipcart don't return my mobile .please help me to get my money.
