Flipkart.com — defect TV piece received and raised request for replacement

I have received defect piece for SONY bra via tv, and order id is OD[protected] and I placed return request for the same and return id is :Replacement (Return ID: 9644304) .But still not yet issue is resolved.Please for god sake, take this defected piece and refund my amount.And also service engineer from Sony, calling daily to our phone and saying that they will send there service engineer.But still no one is visited us.Please take this product MY registered email id for flipcart:sathyandran.s.[protected]@gmail.com mobile:[protected] Thanks sathyandran
