[Resolved]  Flipkart.com — NOn delivery of product

The shipment of Redmi 3s prime, value Rs. 8099/- purchased by me on 17/10/16 is not yet delivered. by the website shows it is delivered to the customer(me). Immediately i have taken up with customer care of flipkart but after their enquiry, they found product is not delivered. they confirmed in writing. till now i am not getting refund or the product. order id is OD[protected] Kindly help. attached are email conversations.

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. On checking the records we found that the refund has been given.

So closing the case.
