[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Refuse to deliver the product | |||||
Hi Team, I am having worst experience with flipkart. The thing is that I placed order for "Apple 16 GB iPad Mini with Retina Display" which is at 90% discount rate(Dated on Wed, 11th May'16).Actual cost of the product is 23, 003Rs and offered value was 2203RS. I placed order without wasting time. I palced order for two product even call me for confirmation. I confirmed that I placed order twice for "Apple 16 GB iPad Mini with Retina Display" and my order was approved from flipkart on the same day. But dated[protected] I got mail from flipkart that saying one of "Apple 16 GB iPad Mini with Retina Display" cancelled by giving me foolish reason. At the time of placing order, product was available and I already provided confirmation for the same. There were no terms and condition for placing order. There is no seller policy defined. I was able to place as many order as I can. So how can flipakrt cancel the order and say " due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order ".If this is the case they have to mention this thing on product page "one product one account" but there is no such policy and mentioned there and one more thing I Placed order on 11-May-2016 and on 31-May-2016 flipkart canceled both the order. If this the case Flipkart has to intimate me immediately that only one customer allowed to place order but you haven’t. Instead of that flipkart called me for confirmation that I placed order for same product twice or not? I gave confirmation that I want both product and then flipkart approved it. This is totally bad business tactics and fooling customer. This is again the same thing which we had faced during Big billon Day. Such thing not expected from such a big e-Commerce giant. When I contacted flipkart they said it was technical error and denied it to deliver product at discounted price. How it can be technical error while in cancellation mail it is clearly mentioned that “However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel”, which clearly shows it’s not an error from flipkart .flipkart done this intentionally and nowadays this is e-commerce sites tactic by giving huge discount and cancelling order by giving foolish reason. So I request you to please take action against Flipkart e-tailor site so it will not happen in future and not make consumer fool and I wanted the product for which I placed order at discounted rate. I have already documented mails, invoice slip, snapshot, recorded call with flipkart executive for the same. If want more information feel to contact me.
