[Resolved] Flipkart.com — wrong product delivered and not replacing or refunding the amount. | |||
I have ordered laptop battery for dell inspiron mini 10 model no. Pp19s on 26-aug-19, but they have delivered wrong product, on 03-sep-19 i had requested for the replacement of the right battery or if they cannot deliver the right battery then refund the amount. Also flipkart customer service called & asked for the reason then i had informed them the same. I was expecting the replacement delivery by 09-sep-19 but nothing arrived or any refund happened. So i had called the flipkart customer service & came to know that without my consent they have cancelled the replacement request and further they say that i have not re-requested for the replacement before the policy term period which was till 09-sep-19 and now they cannot replace or refund the amounts. This shows clear breach of trust & policy terms which leads to fraudulent activities of flipkart. So, request your support to resolve the matter & ensure they are punished as per the law for doing fraudulent activities to cheat consumers. Dec 3, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They have called & emailed ([email protected]) on the process, they have taken the product back & refunded the amount, but it took long time to finish the process. It was was first & last time shopping in flipkart. I will not recommend flipkart to any one. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 23 Sep 19 and should be reflecting on your credit card by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
