[Resolved] Flipkart — complain about the late delivery service

I ordered a kent ro water purifier 29 sep 2019 flipkart provide assured delivery date 12 oct.

But my product didn't deliver then i call to flipkart care they told me that your product delivered you in next business day i waited but they didn't deliver after this i again call then they sey 2 more days after this they did not deliver
I am waiting for my product i already o payment for this

However, the seller has completed the refund on 21 Oct 2019 and it should be reflecting in credit card by 29 Oct 2019.
