Flipkart — Complaining about swipe mobiles | |||||
I faced touch pad problem, so I submitted my mobile to service on 22nd June 2016. As unavailability spare parts at service center, they send mobile to company. I contacted at customer of Swipe technologies pvt. ltd, but they always told me you get mobile 5-10 working days.But I not get my mobile yet.They can't transfer call to their senior members. I also emailed to their ceo, Shripal Gandhi, but he doesn't provide repspone. We trust Flipkart and think all products sell on Flipkart are servicable. But if we not get services from product manufacturer, then why we trust you. So please think before selling this companies product on your site. This can spread negativity about your company among customers. You also read the reviews about servies Swipe technologies pvt. ltd on google. Most customers facing same issue.
