[Resolved]  Flipkart — Complaining about the return request

I ordered Ray ban sunglasses from flip kart under seller retail.net
But as it was of poor quality, not mirrored as mentioned in there stats and is of large size
I sent the request but without any proper reason they rejected it thrice.
No one on customer tends to respond properly
The calls are being cut in between
They are just avoiding me

Seriously there isn't any professionalism.
I received msg that I should share my pan of adhar with them so I called the customer care
And per than seller requires that.
Third party needs my personal details are u really serious
And he need personal details of mine and the the person who received the order
Is there any logic

I received a call from flip kart executive Shoba Chaudhary
I asked him reason why seller is required to hv my identification proof
But he doesn't hv any reason other than it's seller policy
First thing retail.net is part of flipkart
Second if seller would ask later my banking details or copy of passport do I hv to provide it?
There isn't any logic
I logged in with my phone number with otp
And paid through my account toh isse zyada kya proof chahiye i dont know

How much days I gotta wait for pick up now
First refund request wasn't accepted and now pick up is being cancelled
And after sometime u will say the return period is ### over

It's 24th January return deadline is nearby no pick up try was done
It was cancelled bcz of some unseen circumstances
Tomorrow I will leave for trip and they just cheated 3k on me
And I m trying sme from 14th January
This kind of service they provide
