[Resolved] Flipkart — complaining against flipkart due to excessive delay of delivery and not giving me refund amount

I have ordered a hometown swirl king size bed on 13th oct, 2018 and it's delivery date was 14th nov, 2018 but till now it has not delivered in my address and repeatedly they giving a reschedule... I want to get it with in due date with minimum late fine compensation of rs 5000..
Customer service is very poor and they refuse to cancel and refund my amount

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the product will be deliver on Nov 30th, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Updated by Kutuputu No, the complain till is open as flipkart fail to deliver 2times of their said date previously.so how can I trust his 3rd attempt will be genuine...
