[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint about negligence courier duties | |||||
I have received a massage on dated 3.10.18 (9.03am) as my order id od[protected] has been cancelled due to courier partner was unable to deliver to my address. It"s complete duty negligence of the said courier partner, because my business (Tvs motor cycle dealers) office is placed in heart of the sibsagar town, assam. Also business time is 9am to 8pm. Verified Support Oct 04, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer said that he has order, but order got cancelled, because WM denied to give door step delivery, and WM is very negligence to give product delivery, apologized for the issue, feedback is taken, educated the customer that place an fresh order, customer agreed, hence closing the case.
