Hi, i have order a bag for someone very close to me as gift and directly send to my relative house. the product is totally diffrent what i ordered. there is no similarity in the product which i ordered. i mean what kind of services you provided to your customer . Boss thats not a way to deal with the customers. Its really emberessing for us to to get that pathetic product and that was for gift.
