Hi, i have a complaint against Flipkart for its return policies. they are making fool to their customers. i had placed buying order of a mobile phone with order id OD[protected] Sony Xperia Xa Dual) with flip-kart through its online platform on dated 23/03/2017 and got the delivery of phone within 3 days i.e. 26/03/17. Overall packing was good and phone was looking actual as shown in their website .when i went through its specification the front camera was 13mp and 8 mp of rear camera but when clicked a photo the pic quality was worst and looking like a 3mp pic. i had also checked other specification like Battery backup, sound quality and all of these were not as expected when compared to other phone in the same range(Oppo F1s). i had bought this phone seeing the review on its website and overall the reviews was good. but when i got the actual phone and saw its quality it was not as per my expectations so i had decided to place its return request on the same day. i was shocked that they don't have any policies to return the product. they are only providing only 10 days replacement policy that mean they don, t refund or exchange the item even on the same day i.e. delivery day even you got a worst quality product. i had also contacted their customer care team but nothing got positive from their side. they only replied that we are sorry we cannot help you out. we can only provide you the replacement. i had erge them that after replacement would i get the 13 mp camera quality ? good sound speaker?. how i would get as the defects is not in the particular product. if anyone order a product and want to exchange, there is nothing in their policies which provide the option of exchange or refund. They are eating people's hard earned money with their worst policies. also i would like to aware the people that dont buy anything through these **** online companies they will eat your all money. also please read their return policies carefully. before ordering the goods i would like to raise this issue through your platform. request you to ask their their Policy makers to change its return policies which are against the customer rights and eating people's money. also please aware the people about these fraud companies so that they don't get trapped. looking forward to your support.
