[Resolved] Flipkart — Complaint against order IDs OD[protected] and OD[protected] | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding a ceiling fan that I had ordered on 16 Oct 2020 with ekart shipping ID FMPP[protected] (and order ID OD[protected]. The original date of delivery was 23rd Oct 2020. Since it was not shipped on time, I waited for a few more days before contacting the customer service dept. Each time I received a call, I was given false promises with a new date of delivery. Finally, I saw it was shipped on 30th Oct 2020 and reached Kheda Ekart hub on the same day. Since then it is lying there and after my repeated requests to expedite the delivery process, nobody is cooperating. Each time I receive the usual ready made assurances and false promises after which the status still remains the same. I would also like to draw your attention that earlier another order with ID OD[protected] of a ceiling fan was cancelled by your side without any intimation. Thats why I bought the aforementioned ceiling fan. If I had not bought these products from Flipkart, I could have got them from Amazon as there were sales at both the platforms. Since I trusted Flipkart more and I am a regular customer here, I preferred Flipkart over Amazon. I am now frustrated because the way my requests are being ignored by Flipkart services to deliver my order. I have lost my faith on the customer service departments now, so I thought of writing here hoping that there could be a faster solution. Thanking you. Anticipating for a quick and positive response. Since 23 Oct 2020 I am receiving the same answer, and there is no response. It is a fraud and it deserves a legal complain.
