[Resolved] Flipkart — Complaint against rejection of TV Replacement | |
Hi, I am Mayank V Sankhe my registered mobile number is[protected]. Recently, I purchased Thomson TV and the following TV has screen bleeding issue please check the photo in the attachment. Hence, I requested for replacement of the TV. On 24.10.2020 a technician from Jeeves came and he also took a photo of the TV and told that you will get the update by tomorrow. Today after 4 days of Technician visit I got an update that the replacement request is rejected. I called customer care but they also don't know the reason for rejection and asked me to send an email to the following id. Requested for replacement as per policy of Flipkart also shared the images of issue still its rejected. I am feeling like cheated by Flipkart & Jeeves and I vow to never buy anything from Flipkart atleast electronic which are serviced by Jeeves.
