I have taken a phone of samsung of 18490 Rs and they have not sent me the mobile in the box and they are not giving mw response. Below is the Trail mail as they are not giving any responses. Verified Support Dec 07, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already shared feedback to customer and correct product was delivered to customer hence we cant approve return. As per update customer's account is blocked due to misusing Flipkart return policy.
