I have taken a phone of samsung of 18490 Rs and they have not sent me the mobile in the box and they are not giving mw response.

As i have given a mail for below mentioned concern now you guys are sending
me the product against previous one but as i have written eralier also that
it was a Birthday & Diwali gift from my dad side so it was supposed to be
with me at my birthday at 29 but its not done so i dont required the
product at all now even i dont need that so i have called to your customer
support first at 01:34 AM and said i dont want the product so he denied
that you will recieve the priduct now then i requested him to transfer the
call to supervisor then he said ok i am transfering your call and puted me
on hold then continiously i was hold for more than 20 min and no buddy has
responded i disconected the call and again i have dailed the call and said
the same thing then another guy said to me that i have taken the request of
cancellation of return and call us after 2 hrs then we will proceed further.

Really unhappy with you all as i am attaching the voice log in mail and
this will be final mail for u all after this i will be looping my Advocate
in mail and will address the same to your respected CEO.

Hi Team,

This is to bring in your strict notice that I have booked one order from
your respected organization Flipkart and the order number is
OD[protected] as I received the order at 26-oct and the time was
11:30 AM approx as at the same day i need to leave to out of station due

some urgent work so i have not opened the parcel and today i came back in
morning and again departed to Manali with few of my friend as it is my

sudden my enjoyment converted into the angryness once i have opened the
